These terms govern your use of the CodeAj Startups website and your purchase of any product or service listed on it. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.
1. Products & Orders
All products listed are digital goods (source code and related documentation) delivered electronically. Prices are shown in INR (₹) and are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is fulfilled.
2. Payments
Payments are processed via Razorpay. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully captured. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
3. Licence
Purchasing a product grants you a licence to use the software as described on our Licence page, not ownership of our intellectual property. Reselling the raw, unmodified source code as-is is not permitted under the standard licence.
4. Service Add-ons
Optional services such as deployment, customization, CI/CD setup, and maintenance are quoted and delivered separately from the base product and are subject to the scope agreed with you at the time of order.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Products are provided "as is". We work to keep documentation and product listings accurate, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All product names, branding, and source code remain the intellectual property of CodeAj Startups (or its licensors) except for the rights expressly granted to you under the licence you purchase.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
