Can I choose which courier partner delivers?

Yes. You can set rules to auto-assign based on lowest cost, fastest delivery, best pin code success rate, or manually override per shipment. Our admin panel shows rate comparisons across all available couriers.

How does COD reconciliation work?

When a COD shipment is delivered, Shiprocket collects the cash and remits it to your bank account (usually within 2-7 business days). Our integration tracks each COD order, shows expected remittance dates, and reconciles actual deposits.

Can this handle returns and reverse pickups?

Yes. We integrate Shiprocket's reverse pickup API. When a customer requests a return, a reverse pickup is scheduled, the courier picks up the item, and the return is tracked through your admin panel with refund triggers.

Is this real-time tracking or do I need to check manually?

Real-time. Shiprocket sends webhook notifications at every tracking milestone (picked up, in transit, out for delivery, delivered, RTO). We process these webhooks and update your database and notify customers automatically.
